During the course of the Influencer’s performance of services for the advertising
Companies, the Influencer will receive, have access to, and create documents, records, and
information of a confidential and proprietary nature belonging to the Company and the
customers of the advertising Companies.
To preserve the goodwill of the Agreement, the Influencer agrees that he/she will not use,
disclose, communicate, copy, or permit the use or disclosure of any such information to any
third party in any manner whatsoever except to the existing employees of the advertising
Companies or as otherwise directed by the advertising Companies in the course of the
Influencer’s performance of services under this Agreement, unless with the written
permission of the advertising Companies.
Upon termination of this Agreement or upon request by the advertising Companies, the
Influencer will return all confidential information, and all copies or reproductions
thereof, which are in the Influencer’s possession or control.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Influencer may delete posts from his/her owned and/or
controlled social media channels containing any Content after a period of ninety (90) days
from the post date.
The content commissioned by brands shall belong to the brands for a period of six (6) months
from the post date. During this time, the brands may use the content digitally as they see
fit.
When selected to participate in a campaign, you, the Influencer, agree not to advertise for
another company or product in the same space for a period of 7 days.
Despite the fact that Influencify.io connects brands and influencers and strives to make the
relationship between the two parties as easy as possible, the company is not responsible for
briefing creation, posts, or any results obtained by the relationship between brands and
influencers.
The fee agreed upon for a campaign will be held until the company releases the funds, after
the selected influencers have marked the campaign as complete in their dashboard.
